Stack 3 of 3. Base: #33. Merge after #33.

What changes

  • New docs/web-ui-settings.md, which explains every section of the Settings page. docs/web-ui.md links to it.
  • Docs audit: the other guides were checked against the code, wrong or missing facts fixed, and the prose rewritten in plain British English. Examples: the npm package name in omms-migration.md, the full list of global-only settings in configuration.md, a stale ollama pull step, and the enforced one-import-per-host lock.
  • ADR-010: save a pasted external API key to a private key file. ADR-011: shared code never imports a host adapter. ADR links now point at archived OpenSpec changes.
  • OpenSpec: archives external-api-backfill-maps-progress and syncs its specs into openspec/specs/ (7 requirements added, 9 modified; two new capabilities, import-directory-maps and import-progress).
  • OpenSpec proposal only: move-opencode-model-code-to-adapter plans moving OpenCode's model code out of src/services/. Not implemented.
  • AGENTS.md: archive a completed OpenSpec change before opening its pull request.

Verification

  • bun run ci:local passes. openspec validate --specs --strict passes all 16 specs. Relative doc links checked.
